The Premium package is designed to help reduce workload and cost with white glove service from Stryker’s AED program administration team by providing a dedicated team member to assist in managing your AED program, from first time implementation and ongoing readiness support to clinical oversight and post-event review. The Premium package is charged as an annual per-AED fee.

 

Implementation
• Medical direction: AED prescription and medical oversight provided
• Site assessments: proper placement recommendations help put lifesaving technology in the most efficient location
• State/local registration: each package includes help with the AED registration process
• CPR/AED training*: opportunities for certified CPR/AED training courses


Maintenance
• Account support: Stryker’s dedicated AED program administrators
• Asset expiration tracking: email notifications alert customers of expiring devices and supplies
• Automatic supply replenishment*: supply replenishment upon accessory expiration Event services
• Data download: assistance in downloading AED data for clinical review by a medical director
• Post-event support: users receive post-event oversight, clinical review, and supply replenishment
• Counseling services: on-site stress debriefings by a professional are available
