All new users receive an automated email containing their username and a temporary password. Please have this email ready to complete the sign-in steps below.

1.        From your desktop, enter the appropriate website address:

2.        Enter your username and then select Sign In.

3.        Enter your temporary password, and then select Sign In again.

Note: Some organizations are configured to use a single sign on. Please contact your organization administrator to obtain sign on credentials.

If you have not received an email with a username and temporary password, please contact the LIFENET System Administrator through your organization administrator.
